God's Eye

Proverbs 15:3

“God is everywhere. He sees everything.”

That’s what they said.

“He knows how you feel and what you want.”

They said that, too.

“If you need something, all you have to do is ask. He can hear your prayers.”

These things, I believed.

I pretended the moon was one of your eyes, opening and closing slowly. Your second eye kept watch on the other half of the world.
